FamilyFirst Bank, formerly Ware Co-operative
Bank, opened its doors in 1920 in the back of a pharmacy on Main St. in
Ware, Massachusetts. The bank was chartered as a Massachusetts co-operative
bank with $2,500 in assets. In 1957 we opened our first branch in the Three
Rivers Village of Palmer, and in 2007 we established our second branch
in East Brookfield. Today, the bank has thousands of customers with assets
totaling over $60 million. The bank is mutually-owned by its depositors,
who primarily reside in the Quaboag Valley area.
In 2007 we changed our name to better reflect our philosophy and mission,
which is to professionally deliver financial solutions to our customers
and to support the communities we do business in. Our customers have
told us that they have remained loyal throughout the years because
they are treated like family. From our humble beginnings, we have grown
to be the small community bank that customers trust.
Your complete satisfaction, backed by our Customer
Bill of Rights (pdf) , is our highest priority. | |
