Responsibilities:	Accurately and effectively perform all teller duties and responsibilities. Lead by example to ensure excellent customer service. Coach tellers to achieve Bank objectives in operations, service, and sales. Perform sales activities and account opening. Process consumer loan applications. Assist Manager in teller evaluations and performance management. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:	Strong math and keyboarding skills knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel. Good communication skills. Proven ability to coach and lead others. Ability to discuss loan products, including mortgages. High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience:	Recent cash handling experience and Teller and/or retail sales experience. Supervisor and scheduling experience. Banking experience prefered.
